Fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls - micro-blog

  2. I sometimes use grilled tofu in the spring rolls to change things up. For the peanut sauce, I generally whisk together some peanut butter, soy sauce, and Sriracha hot sauce over a low flame until the peanut butter is fully melted. You can adjust each of the ingredients as per your taste.
